Entertainment Tonight correspondent Rocsi Diaz looked beautiful on the blue carpet at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday evening. But, unfortunately, 29-year-old Honduran-born television personality is not making headlines for her chic outfit or her interesting interviews this year. Instead, people are discussing the frightening health scare that she experienced as she worked the blue carpet.

Rocsi was able to score great interviews with a couple of celebs before she was overcome by the Las Vegas heat and passed out. Paramedics rushed to and she was able to shake it off and get back to work. According to Global Grind, she even nabbed an interview with Nicki Minaj after her fainting episode.

In a statement released to the YBF, Diaz expressed that she was thankful that her peers rushed to her side to help her.

“I’m really thankful for everyone that dropped everything to help me yesterday. Shaun Robinson actually left her position on the carpet to run to my side, thanks for being there, girl! I also apologize for cutting Miley’s interview short, she must have been so confused, but I didn’t want to faint on her!”

An additional statement was also released through her publicist.

“It was a scary, humbling and embarrassing moment and an important wake up call to take better care of myself while on the road”

We’re glad she’s okay!

‘I’m Sorry If I Disappointed You:’ Beyonce Writes Handwritten Letter Of Apology To Fans

Beyonce’s back to writing handwritten letters, but this latest may be her most heartfelt yet.

After news of the singer cancelling her Tuesday night concert in Antwerp spread like wildfire yesterday, Bey took to her Tumblr to write out a letter of apology to fans for letting them down and promised that she’ll make up for lost time very soon.

Beyonce letter

Did you catch that “see you tonight”? That means the Queen Bey is right back at it, with plans to perform at the same Sportpaleis arena in Belgium this Wednesday. I assume that means her doctor gave her the OK to hit the stage again, but we wouldn’t have faulted Bey (too much) if she decided to take more of what we’re sure would be a much-needed break. The game has changed a bit since she’s last been on tour. Mama is, well, a mama now, and a tad bit older, which means doing concerts every night just might not be the way to go right now — especially if there’s still a possibility of a little bun in the oven. Kudos to her for handling her concert cancellations better than Rihanna though. Me thinks the Beyhive will forgive her.

What do you think about Bey’s letter of apology?

Sounds Like She’s Preggo…Beyonce Cancels Concert Due To ‘Exhaustion And Dehydration’

By now, we know in the world of entertainment terms like “exhaustion” and “dehydration” are simple code words for bigger problems. For most celebs, exhaustion usually means someone went a little too hard on the drinks or drugs, but in Beyonce’s case, it’s likely confirmation of what many have been expecting for the last two weeks or so: she’s pregnant again!

The Associated Press just released details of an email from Bey’s publicist explaining why she’s cancelling her concert in Belgium today. AP Says Beyonce’s doctors have ordered her to rest and that is why she won’t be performing  at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp. Consequently, the show will be rescheduled and tickets can be used at the new show. Wednesday’s show at the same arena may also be in the air, as her publicist’s statement says:

”She is awaiting word from her doctors before making a decision.”

This news — on top of the fact that we’ve never, in the history of all her gyrating and booty popping, heard of Bey needing to take a break for exhaustion  — only further heightens suspicions that Mrs. Carter is in fact expecting baby number two.  Just yesterday, the NY Post ran a story saying several sources at last Monday’s Met Gala told them Bet is pregnant. Then there’s the issue of those pics of Queen Bey in that skin tight blue body suit with a tiny pudge in the middle that isn’t characteristic of the woman we’ve seen nearly every toned crevice of in H&M ads. And let’s not forget, Bey was just talking about Blue Ivy needing some company in a “Good Morning America” interview last week. Add all of these details together and it sounds quite likely that we’ve got one pregnant mama on our hands.

While the Carters are probably ecstatic about this possibility, I imagine U.S. fans will find the news a little bittersweet as the singer hasn’t even made her way back to the states to start this leg of her Mrs. Carter tour. And if she’s already showing and having medical issues, it doesn’t bit well for the likelihood of her finishing the tour in Brooklyn August 5. We’ll keep our fingers crossed for you and hope the other insiders who told Us Weekly, “don’t be silly,” when they asked if Beyonce is pregnant, are right.

What do you say? Do you think Bey’s expecting again?

Do You Agree? Rihanna Says She Went Too Far and Lost Too Much Weight

Considering Rihanna’s had at least two well-known hospitalizations for fatigue this year, it’s not surprising the singer has lost weight—especially with the grueling tour schedule she’s had.

Rih Rih’s latest hospital stay was just last month after the Met Ball, and in a recent interview with Us Magazine , Rihanna told the mag what led up to her hospitalization:

“I got no sleep [beforehand],” she said. It’s harsh on your body!”

Aside from feeling rundown between recording, touring, making appearances, and filming the movie “Battleship,” there’s another side effect of the ripping and running that Rihanna’s not so pleased with: dropping pounds. She told Us Mag:

“I’m a size 0 — and not happy about it! I went way too far. I prefer myself a bit chunkier. I want my old butt back!”

Saying the word chunky is about as close as Rihanna’s ever been to it, but I get the point about wanting to have her rear-end cushion back. Rihanna’s already slim so the drop in weight probably went unnoticed by most, but I think it’s interesting that a few months ago her father was talking about how she was getting fat and he’s glad she was back down to normal size. It’s a good thing she doesn’t appear to share his hangups about not being super skinny.

Hopefully more than being worried about having her butt back, Rihanna will chill a little bit on the work and the play so she’s not going so hard she keeps sacrificing her health. I’m sure a lot of people wouldn’t mind having her “weight problem” though.

Do you think Rihanna’s gotten too thin?

Is There More To Ray J’s Suspicious Hospitalization After The Billboard’s?

Ray J had a rough Billboard Music Awards experience all around. After issues with security and Pat Houston over seating, Ray J apparently had an even tougher night because the next morning he was found “out of it” in his hotel room and he couldn’t get out of bed. An ambulance was called because the singer was so disoriented and he was immediately taken to the hospital.

According to TMZ, the cause for the hospitalization was a combination of exhaustion and stress. In the entertainment world, we know exhaustion is usually code for drug abuse but Ray J did have a pretty hectic schedule this past weekend. On Sunday, he had just returned from a 32-hour round trip to China and when he landed he immediately drove four hours to Las Vegas for the awards show. Add that to Pat’s shenanigans during Whitney Houston’s tribute and you can see how Ray J would be a bit out of sorts.

As of earlier this morning, Ray J was still in the hospital with no word on when he would be released. Hopefully he’ll get himself together. Whatever that means for him.

What do you think about this hospitalization?

Rihanna Under 24-Hour Surveillance

Maybe Rihanna shouldn’t have taken Beyonce’s advice to finish out her tour and then take a year off. The singer is apparently still having a hard time living up to the obligations of  being on the road, and has been placed on a 24-hour health watch and given a curfew by her record label.

According to a source, “She’s filming her Loud tour DVD in December and her team is determined that she looks, acts and performs at her best.”They are currently in talks with Mariah Carey’s trainer, Patricia Gay, to fly in and start training.”

Rihanna still has 16 more dates until her Loud tour is officially complete and her final performance is expected to take place in London Dec. 22, if she can last that long.

Do you think Rihanna should scratch the rest of her tour dates and focus on her health?
