Where are all my Hit The Floor fans at!? The VH1 show was a surprise hit for the network, and garnered quite a following out of the blue with fans who are still waiting (aka, thirsty) for it to return (which it will do on May 26th). Maybe it was because of the juicy drama, but part of me thinks all that success had a lot to do with the fine fellas cast on the show. For example, fellas like the super fine Rob Riley, 33. He plays basketball star Terrence, the (now ex) boyfriend of the trifling head Devil Girls cheerleader, Jelena. With those abs and a bright smile, he’s the definition of eye candy. Get to know more about what he’s working with and let us know if you’re a fan of the show, and of course, if you’re digging what he’s working with.

Ladies, get to know Alexander Masson. The French and Colombian model has quite the exotic look that caught our eye, and no, it’s not just the killer abs. He’s a pretty boy with bright eyes to get lost in and a body sculpted to perfection, and he just got spotted showing off his good looks in Jennifer Lopez’s “I Luh Ya Papi” video. Did I forget to mention the ‘locs? Start your weekend off on the right note by admiring the beauty of Mr. Masson.

If you didn’t know who David Oliver was before, I think you’ll be glad to know him after you check out this evening eye candy gallery! The 31-year-old track star is a four-time U.S. hurdles champ from Denver, Colorado and Olympian (bronze medalist at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing). After being an NCAA Division 1-A All American runner at Howard University (and getting a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing), Oliver hit the professional level, winning national titles, leaving competitors in the dust, and attracting the gaze of quite a few womenfolks at the same time. His body is beautiful, and his smile, which you’ll see quite a few times in this gallery, is quite bright. And did we mention that he’s good friends with the super fine Lance Gross? Check him out, and we’re sure you’ll end up being one of his biggest fans in no time!

Nasir bin Olu Dara Jones has been on the scene since the late ’80s, and as he has become one of the greatest rappers of our time (and all time), he’s managed to age gracefully and deliciously. The 40-year-old rapper, businessman and father of two might not be the luckiest in love (we still miss him and Kelis together), but if he’s looking for a new lady, I know quite a few women who would be up for the task. Hell I’ve seen quite a few ladies throw marriage proposals his way on social media alone. If you’re not that acquainted with the good looks of Nasty Nas, this one is for you. Enjoy!

As good looking as this fella is, you’d be surprised to find out that model Shermon Braithwaite actually once thought he was too “short,” and “ugly” to model. The new face in fashion, representing Brooklyn, is getting a lot of attention for his chiseled abs, popping pecs and smooth skin. He’s already done his thing for New York Fashion Week events and more. If the name isn’t familiar to you, get acquainted with the pretty young thing and let us know if you’re feeling what he’s got to offer.

Cosmopolitan

I know you’ve seen this beautiful face before. I was first introduced to actor Jesse Metcalfe through the short-lived and kind of terrible (but terribly good!) soap opera, Passions. But once Metcalfe left the soaps behind for other TV projects and movie roles, the sky was the limit. He was starring in his own movies, and all the ladies were loving him. He’s still doing big things these days, including starring on the hit TNT show Dallas, and now that the show is back on for its third season (which just started again last week), we thought we’d show his cute self some love as this week’s evening eye candy. Enjoy!

Richard Roundtree 6When you say the name, Richard Roundtree, first thing people think of is Shaft. John Shaft. But there’s more to Richard Roundtree than an uber-popular blaxploitation film. He’s a cancer survivor, a former model and a one-time football star, and did I mention that he’s a pop culture icon? For our last vintage evening eye candy post for Black History Month, we’re showing love to the action star, stage actor and breast cancer awareness activist, who has managed to stay relevant and popular after more than 40 years on the big and small screen.

bo 8

Anybody else remember Nike’s “Bo Knows” campaign? Bo Jackson was everywhere in the ’80s and early ’90s because of his talent, and the fact that such talent was dominant in various sports. Bo knew football, but Bo could also kill in baseball. Hell, to this day, Bo is also great at archery. Jackson was named as the “Greatest Athlete of All Time” by ESPN, and while he’s been recognized often for his varying athletic abilities, did anyone else notice Jackson was quite the looker back in the day? As part of our vintage evening eye candy series for Black History Month, we decided to highlight Jackson’s accomplishments, as well as his good looks!

Clifton Davis !

Does Clifton Davis look familiar to you? If you watched the shows That’s My Mama and Amen back in the day, he should. Davis has been all over TV over the years, as well as on stage, and in music, dating all the way back to the early ’70s. And while we watched him on such classic comedies, we couldn’t help but notice that he was quite the looker! In honor of Black History Month and our weekly task of showing love to the good-looking brothas from back in the day, we’re showing love to Mr. Davis, his talents, and his killer afro from back in the day.

If you’re new to the site you might not know about the vintage evening eye candy series that we do during Black History Month. Instead of highlighting the usual tenderonis, we take a look back at handsome movers and shakers from the past. We’ve done Billy Dee Williams, Harry Belafonte, Calvin Lockhart and quite a few other names. Today we’re bringing the feature back for another Black History Month with Jackie Jackson (aka, Sigmund Esco “Jackie” Jackson), the older brother of our beloved Michael. He is the second oldest child in the family and was the oldest member of the Jackson 5. He didn’t play the guitar like Tito or Jermaine, or have the killer moves and voice of Michael–but he was the eye candy of the group. If you didn’t know that, keep flipping to see more images and proof of his good looks, and to learn more about the Jackson brother with the falsetto voice.
