Michael Jackson’s Son Prince Heading to “Entertainment Tonight”
Michael Jackson’s son Prince has been hired by TV show Entertainment Tonight as a correspondent. The 16-year-old is already on the job, interviewing James Franco, Sam Raimi, and Zach Braff, the stars and director of the upcoming movie, Oz The Great and Powerful, TheWrap reports.
Prince points out that his dad was in The Wiz giving him what he calls a “special connection” to this first interview. In a sneak peek of the work he’ll be doing for the show, he also asks the two stars if they have any advice for him, a young person who wants to “break into this business.” As the son of Michael Jackson, he’s obviously not having any issues getting his foot in the door.
And for ET, it’s obviously a good way to get a publicity boost in a business that’s filled with Access Hollywood, the E! Network, and a ton of other entertainment programs.
It’ll be interesting to see if he has the natural flair for entertainment that his dad had. Take a look at Prince on camera below.
Sorry Hoopz: Shaq Has His Sights Set On Television Personality Rocsi Diaz
Leave it to those infamous Super Bowl parties to reveal which celebs have left their former lovers in the dust of the previous year and snagged up new boos just in time for Valentine’s Day. It seems that Shaq’s new years resolution may have been to get rid of his on-again,off-again former reality star fiancée Hoopz for good, as he was seen partying at a private gathering at The Hookah Lounge in New Orleans with “Entertainment Tonight” co-host Rocsi Diaz, reports Page Six.
Of course, the time Shaq and Rocsi spent together could’ve simply been some plain old platonic fun, but their fellow partygoers are suggesting otherwise.
“Shaq and Rocsi were holding hands at this private party and at a private table. They looked like an odd couple, but they seemed really into each other,” a source exclusively told Page Six.
Representatives of the “106 and Park” host aren’t exactly denying or confirming the claims.
“Rocsi was there hosting and her free time was incredibly short because of her work with ET. I can confirm they [she and Shaq] are very good friends,” said a rep from Diaz’s camp.
What’s interesting to note is that although Rocsi’s relationship with comedian Eddie Murphy is clearly over, Shaq and Hoopz were spotted in the Bahamas just last month. Reports even suggested that the two were back together. Not that it would mean much to Rocsi, as she’s earned quite a reputation for being a homewrecker over the years due to her alleged involvement with actress LisaRaye McCoy’s ex-husband during the couple’s marriage.
Whatever the nature of her relationship with Shaq, Rocsi appears to have had a great time.
“Anybody else believe today should be a national holiday ???Tired.com ,” The ET Tonight host tweeted.
Hmmm…
Do you think Shaq ditched Hoopz for Rocsi?

Lark Voorhies Is Still In Denial: I Have No Worries And Neither Should You
Lark Voorhies is still trying to undo the damage she says People magazine did when they ran a report claiming that she suffers from Bipolar disorder. The “Saved By the Bell” actress just did an interview with ET and told the host contrary to recent rumors, she does not hear voices, she is not seeing a doctor, and she does not have a mental illness.
“I don’t understand why they chose to take that angle, quite frankly,” she said about People’s interview with her mother, Tricia. ”I can only come forward to correct and state for the true record what is in fact factual.
“I have no worries myself, nor do I exude, exhibit or possess within my living stratus any reason why someone should worry [on] my behalf. … It’s completely fictional.”
According to Lark’s mother, though, her 38-year-old daughter has been traumatized by things in her past and is in denial about the effect they’ve had on her. Lark, on the other hand, says she knows how to overcome adversity, much like what she’s dealing with now.
“It’s much like fighting,” she said. “When you enlist in the Army, you get yourself physically fit, mentally fit and informational-wise fit, so it’s just the same. It’s like stage boot camp. You know, you put all the right elements together and you keep them going … we have to be entertainers. This is our particular angle.”

Did Terrence Put Her On? Rocsi’s Doing A Stint On ET
Rocsi is following awfully close behind her former co-host Terrence J’s footsteps — awfully close.
A couple of months ago we found out Terrence was taking his talent from “106 & Park” to Entertainment Tonight and now it appears Rocsi is doing the same thing, even if only for one night. Sorry Luther was on my mind. But the deal is Rocsi got some sort of “special assignment” that she’ll be sitting down with Nancy Odell to discuss this evening, according to her tweet:
There’s no telling whether this will turn into a permanent gig for her but before Terrence joined ET full-time, he did a number of small stints for the network too. Ol’ girl might be on the come-up. Would you watch Rocsi on ET on a regular?
Tameka Shuts Down Gold Digger Label: “It’s An Insult To Men Because It Implies They’re Not Loveable”
I have to admit, I never looked at gold digger claims from that point of view, although I think that has more to do with men boasting about tricking on women, so to speak, rather than not acknowledging any type of feelings they may have about it. Nevertheless this is one of the labels that continues to follow Tameka Raymond even after her divorce from Usher, and it’s a claim she is shutting down in her three-part interview with Entertainment Tonight.
After moving past the accusations Tameka made against Usher, particularly him being unfaithful and sleeping with her bridesmaids, the discussion turned to the accusations that have been lodged against her, like assumptions that she only got with the R&B singer for his money. She says that wasn’t the case at all.
“You know, I think this is the typical stereotype,” she told Nancy O’Dell. “If a woman who has lesser means — even if she is successful and hard-working, does her thing in her own right — marries someone, what they call ‘marrying up,’ who has more money, they’re automatically a gold digger. … The woman is always the gold digger. … It’s kind of an insult to the men because it implies they’re not loveable.”
I think most people would say the term implies men need to keep a close eye on their wallets and an even closer one on their hearts, but Tameka’s got a bit of a point there. Considering the debacle over her Sak’s Fifth account and Usher having to reinstate that credit line post-divorce, I’m not sure her answer to the question will do much to dispell the gold digger label in her case though.
Moving along to a much more important topic, Tameka also touched on the loss of her 11-year-old son Kile Glover just a few months ago. Understandably, she told Nancy:
“I think I’m still in shock. I think this will probably be the greatest pain I will ever experience, losing him. But, it gave me strength beyond measure and it made me determined to fight for my other [children].”
So far it isn’t clear whether Tameka indicated that the fight is over, or if she’s still pushing to bring her two youngest sons back home with her. As we all know, Usher was granted custody of Usher V and Nayvid last month, and Tameka’s appeal of the judge’s decision was subsequently denied so it’s anyone’s guess what her next course of action might be. Many are likely wondering why her new route appears to be speaking out to media outlets about something so private and tragic so soon, but Tameka implies she had no choice in the matter.
“You know I wouldn’t even be speaking if … you know, my ex hadn’t spoke out first,” she said. “I kind of just felt like it was time to clear a few things up. I have been very guarded and protected.”
Check out the clip of the interview below. Is Tameka making you rethink your opinion of her at all?

Not only is she showing her natural, she’s also wearing some fabulous threads by Jason Wu. Check out some of the pictures below:
She also spoke with Andre Leon Talley, contributing editor of Vogue about how her childhood helped her get into character for The Help.
On using real-life experience to draw on for her role in the The Help.
“I have stories of being spit on. You have to realize I was in a predominantly white culture … And third grade was the worst because every day after school I would wait at the door and the bell would ring. And as soon as the bell rang I ran as fast as I could from the front door to my house, which was at least a mile away, because I would have eight to nine boys with sticks, bricks, anything they could find, who were ready to kill me.”
On what her mother told her about bullying“She said, ‘Viola, I want you to take my crochet and needle and you put it in your pocket and if they stop you again you tell them you’re gonna [stab] ‘em.’”
On how her life defined her career
“Having it hard made me build so much character … You have to actually say, ‘Is the world going to define me or am I going to define myself.’”

Whitney Houston Looks and Sounds Healthy on “Sparkle” Set
When it comes to Whitney Houston, we definitely want that old thing back! Which is why I was a little apprehensive to watch the video clip of Ms. Houston and Jordin Sparks talking about their latest effort, a remake of the classic “Sparkle.” I root for Whitney. I want her to do well, whether it’s on screen or on a stage, I wish her the best. Which is why anytime I see or hear her, I’m holding my breath the entire time, hoping and praying she makes it through without embarrassing herself or disappointing me…again.
So I was more than enthused after I watched this interview she recently did with Entertainment Tonight.True, Whitney’s speaking and singing voice aren’t the same; but, it works. And more importantly she looks healthier and seems stronger and more at peace with herself than she has in the past. Check out what she and Jordin had to say about the film and each other in this clip from Entertainment Tonight.
What do you make of this interview? Does Whitney seem to be doing better here?
