Last month model and fiancée of R&B crooner John Legend, Chrissy Teigen, waged social media war against The New York Post when the publication reported that Legend had cheated on her in the bathroom of a New York night club. The way the story was told, John and a few of his guy friends were hanging out at the bar when someone spotted him following a blonde woman to the bathroom. Sources went on to say that they saw John pull the woman into the bathroom.

“He was walking in, and just grabbed her arm and brought her with him,” one eyewitness said.

Later that night, the woman was reportedly overheard gushing to friends about the “steamy make out session.” Once Chrissy caught wind of The Post’s report, she offered the paper a rather venomous tongue lashing via her Twitter page.

Her reaction garnered a few suspicious glances, especially since she had previously gone on a Twitter rant earlier that week about other women trying to sleep with her fiancé.

Since then, the pair have been pretty quiet regarding the rumors. Well, until now that is. The lovebirds are scheduled to appear on Sunday’s episode of Oprah’s Next Chapter and y’all know Ms. Winfrey refused leave their couch without asking about those cheating allegations.

“The Post accused you of cheating,” Oprah said pointing to John, who simply offered a childlike grin.

Of course, we’ll have to wait until the episode airs this Sunday to see how it all goes down.

After starting the week off trying to have a back and forth Twitter war with Rihanna (who simply replied, “Ya see what happens when they cancel intervention?”), getting arrested and accusing NYPD of “slapping her v*gina” when they arrested her recently for marijuana possession, attempted tampering with evidence and felony reckless endangerment after she allegedly threw a bong out of her apartment window, Amanda Bynes is back to squabbling with people on Twitter. This time she took aim at Chrissy Teigen, the pretty outspoken model fiancée of John Legend, who shook an imaginary finger at people she felt were supporting Bynes’ odd behavior. Teigen feels it is unacceptable seeing as Bynes has real mental issues:

The fact that Amanda Bynes has any “support” to retweet is really unsettling.

Support people with mental illness, yes. But don’t condone/enable scary and poor behavior.

Bynes of course caught wind of these Tweets and went on an extremely long rant in response:

@chrissyteigen Ur not a pretty model compared to me. I signed to Ford models @ age 13. I don’t look up to u beauty wise. I’m far prettier than u! I’m offended that you’re saying I have a mental illness when I show no sign of it, but thankfully not one man that wants me wants you and you are an old ugly model compared to me! You look 45! You’re not pretty so I’m not intimidated by you! I think you’re jealous that you’re just an ugly model whos career is uninspiring! I don’t respect you! You’re no beauty queen! I’m a beauty queen!

When Teigen’s followers found out about what Bynes had to say in response, they tried to throw shade her way, but Teigen tried to be the bigger person. She told her followers to not respond to her, seeing as how there’s something deeper going on with Bynes:

Nope. Not going to indulge. Wish the best for her, truly.

Don’t, guys. Just don’t.

I never ask anything of you guys but please. I don’t need defending and please stop writing her. It’s not funny, it’s sad.

Sad is definitely the word. But at the same time, if these celebrities aren’t really going to lend a hand to help Bynes get the support she needs, they might want to stop baiting her online (Rihanna, Drake and Jay-Z are exempt from this since she dissed them for no reason). Clearly she’ll come for anybody that says anything about her that she doesn’t agree with, and we all know this. Teigen probably meant well, but let’s keep it real. Bynes isn’t going to get the help she needs unless someone sits her down and she’s ready to do it for herself.

Earlier today controversial daily newspaper, The New York Post published an article claiming that John Legend cheated on his 27-year-old supermodel fiancée, Chrissy Teigen. According to The Post, John and a few pals were paying at Acme when a spy spotted John following a blond woman to the bathroom after 1 am. The alleged eyewitness claims they saw John pull the unnamed woman into the bathroom.

 “He was walking in, and just grabbed her arm and brought her with him.”

“They were in there a couple minutes. The same girl saw another hot guy and started talking to him,” another source said.

Another “witness” claims that they later overheard the blond telling a friend that she and John engaged in “a steamy make out session.”

Chrissy doesn’t appear to be feeding into the rumors though. The 5’9 beauty took to her Twitter page to blast The Post for publishing the rumors.

Now John has yet to publicly respond to the rumors, but earlier this week Chrissy tweeted a subliminal message about other women trying to sleep with her man.

Ironically, during an exclusive interview with John earlier this week, he told us that he and Chrissy have finally set a wedding date and let us know that they will definitely be husband and wife by the end of this year.

“It will be this year. We’re not really discussing a date or location any further, but we do know when and where and it will be this year,” the “Who Do We Think We Are” singer revealed.

Chris Brown’s fans go hard for their boy—extra hard. If you watched the Billboard Music Awards Sunday, you were probably in the WTF boat along with everyone else after Chris Brown’s performance wondering, did that man really get on stage again and lip synch his way through another performance?

Hopefully you kept those thoughts to yourself or your small group of followers online because if not, the Breezy brigade might be coming for you like they came after John Legend’s girlfriend, Chrissy Teigen. After Chris’s performance on Sunday, she tweeted her subtle disapproval, saying:

  “Why sing when you can dance?”

Really people? I don’t want to have to dig up my article on people going too hard for celebrities but come on now. She needs to die because she called out Chris Brown on his lazy performance? They should be telling him to step his game up instead—and stop wearing headbands. Chrissy Tweeted a small statement on the issue, saying:

‘I’ve had comments ranging from “kill yourself you stupid HO” to “gold digging c*nt” “get a f***ing job”, etc. because I don’t like him?…seriously. this isn’t your f***ing job. You guys are too young for this sh**. too f***ing young. stop being psychotic. be strong women. listen to opinions without spewing pure maliciousness…John [Legend] has gotten numerous comments about him needed to “leash” me or “control” me. FROM WOMEN. please stop this. What are you even doing this for? some good music and dancing? good god. DO BETTER.

“Reallllly makes me sad that 99% of the most disturbing comments come from young girls. I’ll end it there but it make me sad.

“I have some screen caps. And I will do everything I can to make sure people know, internet or not, you CAN’T say this s**t.”

According to TMZ, most of the twitter handlers who sent the crazy messages have since been deleted but we know it doesn’t take much to come up with a new username and go right back at it. I don’t know if this is worse or on the same level as the “Chris can beat me up anytime” phenomenon that was going on when he made his comeback. I’m with Chrissy: Do Better. Sigh.

The holidays are prime time for engagements, and over the weekend John Legend joined the slew of ordinary (engaged) people by popping the question to long-time model girlfriend Chrissy Teigen.

John Legend’s rep, Cindi Berger, told People he asked Chrissy to marry him while they were vacationing in the Maldives over the holidays but she didn’t offer up any details about how he did it.

I’m sure the wedding will be a classy, star-studded affair. Congratulations!
