“It hurts so bad. I feel like…I feel used. I feel like I’m nothing to him. I feel nothing anymore.”

Those are the words of 25-year-old Emily Castro, speaking on her father, Ariel Castro, the Cleveland kidnapper who held Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight captive in his home for 10 years. The young woman spoke to a private investigator from Cleveland’s FOX affiliate this week about her dad’s deeds, and claims that she feels he used her to find his victims. Berry and DeJesus were classmates of Castro, and according to the private investigator, before the women were taken, they felt safe riding with Ariel Castro because Emily had been in the car before they got in. “Amanda, I went to Wilbur Wright with her. I had seen Gina a couple times. It couldn’t have been a coincidence.”

And while Castro had been a violent man, and had allegedly beaten Emily’s mother for years, she never would have imagined he would have been capable of doing such a thing to these women.

“He’s a monster. And then actually seeing the guy that hugged us, and smiled with us, and took us to eat, and cared about us supposedly, is the guy who’s in handcuffs.”

“I didn’t know he was ever capable of ever doing what he was doing. As far as that goes, I would have never believed that of my dad until they came here and they told me.”

Emily does say that because of the way her father treated her mother she rarely visited his home, the same place where he kept all the women hidden. But when she did, she noticed little things, like a huge speaker blocking people from going upstairs, but not enough to make her suspicious.

On an interesting and sad side note, this whole interview was done behind prison walls. Emily Castro has her own share of legal trouble to deal with. According to RadarOnline, the young woman is in prison for 25 years for cutting the throat of her own daughter and herself (along with her own wrists) after the father of her child moved out from their shared home in Fort Wayne, Ohio. Thankfully, the child, who was 11 months old at the time, managed to recover from her injuries. Clearly Emily did as well, and she was later found mentally ill at the time of her crime…I don’t have anything nice to say about all this information, so I’ll just let you guys simmer on that.

But anyway, what are your thoughts on her comments about her father and the unintentional role she thinks she played in these kidnappings?

Back in March, a California woman by the name of Andra Vaik filed a police report claiming that Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Rob Kardashian assaulted her and stole her property. Now, TMZ is reporting that Vaik has also filed a lawsuit against the 26-year-old reality TV personality.

The way the story is being told, Vaik works for a photography agency and she was waiting around a West Hollywood fitness center, hoping to get a shot of a shirtless Rob after his workout session. When Rob realized that Vaik snapped shirtless photos of him, he allegedly lost it, snatching the memory card out of the camera. A rep from the agency also said that Rob fled the scene with the memory card in his hand and promised to pay for it later. The backstory is that Rob was in the middle of a weight loss program and didn’t want unflattering shirtless photos of himself to get out. Now we hear that Vaik is suing Rob over the incident.

“While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian’s violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified,” Vaik’s attorney told TMZ.

Rob has previously defended himself against the allegations, saying that Vaik was trespassing on private property because she was hiding out in the gym’s parking garage. Witnesses have come forward saying that Vaik was in fact in the garage, hiding out in her car. It is still unknown how Vaik was able to get pass the security gate to hide out in the parking lot.

Rob has been on a weight loss journey for some time now and hopes to drop 40 lbs by the 4th of July.

“I lost 5 to 7 [pounds]. I’m trying to lose 40. It’s a little journey, but it’s good. . . I’m like 240 right now, probably 235,” he told Us Weekly during a March interview.

Just when you thought you’ve witnessed the ultimate lengths that a “stan” would go to in order to prove their love and dedication or intense disdain for a celebrity, things like this happen and you’re reminded of just how crazy people can be. Over the weekend, Rihanna, joined by gal pal Cara Delevigne and longtime friend,  Melissa partied at nightclub, The Box, in celebration of London Fashion Week and the debut of Rih Rih’s first clothing collection for fashion line, River Island. Unfortunately, the celebratory night ended on a negative note when an anonymous, deranged  fan hurled a Lucozade sports drink  bottle at the “Diamonds” singer and yelled obscenities at her about her on-again off-again boyfriend, Chris Brown, reports Daily Mail.

Although the bottle itself didn’t injure Rih Rih, the uproar caused by the fan’s assault caused the singer to stumble and hit her leg against a store shutter, leaving a small cut on her knee. While the injury was small, reports suggest that she still sought out immediate medical attention. The person who made the assault against the singer was never identified, as their cowardly deed was done while they stood among a crowd of people.

The “We Found Love” singer doesn’t appear to have allowed the incident to get her down though. According to the Instagram accounts of her companions for that night, the celebrating only continued after they left the nightclub. While Rihanna’s injuries don’t appear to have been serious, it’s absolutely ridiculous that a person would get so upset over the actions of a person they don’t even know, that they would find it necessary to physically assault them.

We’re glad Rihanna is okay.

One thing we know for sure, or hope to be true: It’s never too late to learn a lesson. In this case, Miss “Queen of the Runway” has come to realize that liquor has been the root of almost all of her problems.

Well, that’s what she wants us to believe.  Naomi Campbell told Life & Style magazine that she’s convinced that alcohol is the reason she’s been so miserable for so long and has acted out, according to SF Gate. In the interview, she says:

“If people think they know me, they can think again. Most people think they know me because they say, ‘We’ve seen your pictures here and there for years,’ but when I’m not working or anything, I try to live a private, quiet life…

“I gave up drinking alcohol. Not drinking makes me a lot happier.”

Now, if any of you have had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with someone who suffers from alcohol abuse, then you know that it does make you do things you may not ordinarily do if your head was a bit clearer. Campbell, however, isn’t admitting to any alcohol abuse – she’s just saying that she stopped because it wasn’t helping her at all.

I wonder if any of the people who were victims of her tirades, 10 documented cases between 1998 and 2008, can find it in their hearts to forgive her for her actions since the blame should be placed on “the Goose” or “the Henny.”  Let’s be honest: she settled most of those cases out of court so all was probably “forgiven” when the checks cleared.

These days, Naomi is spending her days traveling the world. Her billionaire boyfriend, Vladisdav Doronin, has bought her multiple homes around the world and they’re often photographed aboard his yacht.

Ah yes, life must be good.

Black America’s most recent train wreck known as Katt Williams is almost becoming too difficult to watch because it is very evident that this man, who can’t seem to stay out of trouble and keep his hands to himself, needs help.

Katt has made Madame Noire headlines multiple times over the past month for outlandish behavior and he seems to be only be adding to his rap sheet as 2012 comes to a close. It is being reported by TMZ that within the course of a few days, Katt led Sacramento police in a bizarre police chase on a 3-wheeler motorcycle and not long after got into somewhat of an altercation with a Sacramento Target employee that resulted in the 39-year-old comedian “pimp” slapping the Target worker. After the altercation, Katt hopped into an electric shopping cart and speeds away. To make matters worst there is actual footage of this exchange (check out the video on the next page). While this entire occurrence sounds like one that belongs in a comedic skit, few folks are laughing because truth be told, nothing is funny about a person’s life spiraling out of control like this.

Just a few days following the bizarre Target incident, Katt was picked up in Seattle where he was said to have been in a bar fight, which resulted in him allegedly threatening bar patrons with a pool cue and throwing a cigarette at a woman who was getting in a car. The cigarette is said to have hit the woman in her eye. As if that didn’t land him enough trouble, he proceeded to throw a rock at the police car sent to pick him up. Williams was booked at a King County Jail at 6:42 pm Sunday for investigation, but was released early this morning.

Considering all of the open cases Katt currently has, he will probably have to stand in front of a judge eventually to take accountability for his actions. One can only hope that instead of trying to get brownie points off of Katt the judge will realize that this man needs help and mandate some sort rehabilitation.

When Kat Williams makes headlines two times in one week it’s usually not good and this time is no different. Just Sunday we reported that the comedian was being sued for $5 million dollars by his female assistant, Melissa Ishage, for punching her in the face and causing permanent damage. BTW, how do you get so angry that you physically assault one of your employees and a woman no less? Anyway, it looks like Katt’s short temper has landed him in hot water again.

TMZ is reporting that last night the troubled comedian was picked up by police in Oakland, California for questioning stemming from a physical altercation. The San Francisco Gate  is reporting that the altercation involved an 18-year-old Berkley teen.

Williams was arrested on suspicion of assault after he hit a man in the head with a bottle outside a downtown Oakland Hotel, police said Thursday.

Williams, 41, attacked the man aboard a tour bus parked outside the Courtyard Marriott at 988 Broadway shortly after 8 p.m. Wednesday, authorities said. The victim, whose name wasn’t released, suffered a laceration to his head, police said.

Officers found Williams several blocks away and arrested him.

Specifics surrounding what caused the incident are still unknown, but Katt was not released after questioning.

Let us not forget that just one month ago, Katt was accused of pulling out a gun on comedian Faizon Love in front of the Supper Club in Hollywood, California and arrested in Los Angeles. Katt never denied the claims, but proceeded to refer to Love as a “snitch” and  a “bald-faced rat” for going around telling “street business” to TMZ reps.

A warrant was also issued for him by Atlanta Police for an additional battery charge in relation to an altercation that occurred back in 2010.

I’m not sure what Katt’s deal is but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with seeking professional help and he needs to know that. It seems that he has anger issues only prayer and a licensed therapist with a whole lot of patience can work out. A few self-control exercises probably wouldn’t hurt either.

I really want Katt Williams to get off the struggle bus at the next possible stop. Every time you hear about this man these days it has nothing to do with him cracking jokes, he’s either having drama with his kids, pulling out guns on people, or getting physical with women! Case in point, TMZ reports that Katt’s female assistant just filed a lawsuit for $5 million claiming the comedian dealt blows to her face that have caused her permanent damage.

 Melissa Ishage filed the lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming she’d been working as Katt’s personal assistant — but on October 6th, things suddenly went sour at Katt’s house … when Katt attacked her, punching her and causing her “serious and permanent injuries.”

Melissa doesn’t explain why Katt flew into a rage — but claims she had to go to the hospital as a result of the beatdown … and now she wants at least $5 million from Katt to call it even.

Melissa’s attorney tells us, his client claims Katt struck her in the head and knocked her to the ground. The lawyer says police were called to the scene but no one was arrested. The incident is currently under investigation.

With a description that horrible, I’m curious how no one, i.e. Katt, was arrested during that altercation. I’m assuming Melissa no longer works for the funny man, and I’m thinking that $5 million suit may be the end of Katt’s bank account as the volatile comedian hasn’t had a major gig in a minute — and for good reason. Just November 1 he got into it with a heckler at a show in Denver and by the time all was said and done (code for he went all the way off), audience members were being given a refund. I really need him to get it together.

It was all (inappropriate) fun and games last Friday when a video of a Cleveland RTA bus driver upper-cutting an unruly female passenger on his route went viral. But now things have gotten pretty serious. According to The Smoking Gun, both individuals are now facing criminal charges.

Prosecutors today filed misdemeanor criminal charges against both the driver and female passenger who fought last month on a Cleveland bus, a confrontation that included a vicious uppercut that was captured on a passenger’s cell phone.

Driver Artis Hughes, 59, was charged with assault, while passenger Shi’dea Lane, 25, was hit with a disorderly conduct rap.

The criminal cases, filed in Shaker Heights Municipal Court, were lodged one week after video of the September 18 bus incident began circulating online…

Witnesses told cops that Lane appeared “drunk” and became verbally abusive to Hughes after she failed to immediately pay her fare. Hughes told investigators that he “protected myself” after Lane “grabbed me in the throat and spit on me in the face.”

Hughes remains suspended without pay from his RTA job, according to an agency spokesperson. He faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1000 fine if convicted of the assault count.

Lane’s lesser charge carries a maximum of 30 days in custody and a $250 fine.

Well, I guess this explains why Shidea wouldn’t answer certain questions under the advisement of her lawyer during that Fox interview. But from a look at her Twitter timeline she doesn’t appear to be too worried about this situation. Early this morning she tweeted:

Yesterday, Shidea also said she was just coming back from the doctor and had to get her mouth wired for a week. I’m curious how she was still able to talk to the media. Something tells me that uppercut didn’t teach her much of a lesson about running those gums.

Lil Webbie must not be getting it like he used to in Louisiana because times are so hard he allegedly robbed a woman for, get this, $340. What kind of ratchet amount of cash is that?!

As TMZ tells it:

According to a police report filed in Baton Rouge, LA, Webbie is accused of attacking a woman inside a Chase Suite Hotel early this morning after being banned from the premises – kicking her down two sets of stairs before swiping her purse and stealing $340 in cash.

The details surrounding the altercation are unclear.

According to the report, Webbie was arrested on the scene at approximately 2:30 AM.

Webbie’s rep is completely denying the accusations, saying the rapper met the woman at a party that night but he never kicked her down the stairs or stole her money. In fact, they say Webbie did take the purse, but the money he took out of it belonged to him in the first place and that the unnamed woman is actually the thief in this situation. If that’s true, I’d be quite inclined to believe he did actually kick the chick down the stairs. Webbie is known to have little-to-no respect for women. Check his lyrics and how he was banned from “106 & Park” for getting a little too close to Rocsi if you don’t know about him.

For now, Webbie is a free man after being released on a $9,000 bond. His rep says he plans to fight the case. Let’s see how that goes.

There’s no going back now that Chad Johnson has officially been charged with one count of misdemeanor domestic battery. According to USA Today:

“The Broward State Attorney’s Office filed the charge Wednesday. Johnson faces up to a year in county jail.”

Chad is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning where he will file a written plea of not guilty. After that, it will be up to his lawyer to come up with a good defense for why Chad shouldn’t do time. There’s no telling at this stage whether Chad could plead out in this case involving reality TV star Evelyn Lozada like he did in 2000 when he was arrested for hitting his then-girlfriend. At that time, NBC Sports says he was able to work out a deal in which he avoided jail time by spending 30 days cleaning up graffiti, getting counseling, and staying 100 yards away from the victim, as well as serving three years of probation. That deal may have worked for a first offender, but now with a second similar offense, a judge might not be so quick to take it easy on Chad. Rest assured we’ll be watching this unfold.
