The first time I really peeped Mehcad Brooks, he was playing Alfre Woodard’s son on “Desperate Housewives.” It’s safe to say that wasn’t a “hot” role for him (as his family was crazy), but when he popped back up on shows like “True Blood” and “The Game,” he was the ultimate eye candy. And it helped that we finally received a better look at that body. His star has risen big time since he had recurring roles on those shows, but the swag and the sex this guy shows off hasn’t changed. Last year was a big year for Kelly Rowland and 2012 is off to a pretty good start for the singer as well. Kelly could possibly take home a Grammy for her hit single “Motivation” on Sunday and when she stopped by Chelsea Lately last night, she told the late night host that she’s “got a good man” now. (From the way she said it she wasn’t just talking for the cameras.)

In addition to spilling about her new boo, and showing off the girls in a black corset top halter dress, Kelly also talked about her 80/20 rule when it comes to maintaining her washboard abs, and coming into her own in her 30s. Check out the video clip and tell us what you think.

Good news ladies and gentlemen. It’s rare that we get an artist to come back with the same skill and talent they left the game with, but it appears that D’Angelo has managed to do just that.

Recently the soul artist was seen performing in Stockholm, Sweden and he sounds good, ya’ll.

While we are a little peeved that Europe was the first to experience the funk, we can’t help but be happy that he’s back at it. Hopefully it won’t be long before he makes his way back to the states.

Now, that we’ve talked about his vocal talent, I know you want to know if the brotha’s body is right again. Well, from the looks of it D has been working out. He might not have “Untitled” abs, but the bulges in those biceps cannot be denied. Check out performances of three of his hits below.

Kelly has always had amazingly toned abs and now she has a workout DVD to show (some of us) how to get them too.

In the collaboration between the songstress and Hollywood trainer Jeanette Jenkins, the pair talks through the importance of proper form to avoid back injuries, then pushes through a number of strengthening and lengthening core muscle exercises. Kelly’s physique definitely serves as great ‘Motivation’ throughout the entire workout.
