Toni Braxton Tells Anderson Cooper She’s Dating White Men… And Calls It…

Toni Braxton will appear on the “Anderson” show today as part of her talk show circuit promoting “Braxton Family Values” Season 2, which premiers tonight (yay!). When Anderson asked about Toni’s move to L.A. and whether she’s dating, she told him she’s been trying interracial dating and “playing in the snow.”

She says:  “I’m beginning to play in the snow a bit. [...] Play in the snow? You’ve never heard of that? It means he’s Caucasian. [...]

Anderson: “And this is new for you?”

Toni: “I’ve never played in the snow before.”

Anderson: “How is the snow?”

Toni: “This is a lovely snowflake.”

Anderson: “Well, every snowflake is different.”

    I think some of you sistas have chased the black men away with your posts. I think that deep down they don’t have an issue with black women dating white men just don’t talk or brag about it. Sometimes we do get carried away and it’s like a slap in the face. They can’t take it, obviously.

    I thought it was stupid of her to call it “playing in the snow”. Someone asked the question of how she would feel if her current boyfriend said that he was “dipping in chocolate”. I concur. So what now, Toni, once the snow melts, and you finish “playing” (experimenting, because he’s a guinea pig), will you go back to being a boring nobody?

     Its about time Black women started dating white men. I get tired of angry black women always angry at life and having issues when I go to work. If more black women date out maybe black women would lose the chip on their shoulder and start being less cold and have more fun in life because black women today are like grave sites, many of them are just miserable.

Snipes made the exact kind of statement in the interview he gave in the late 90′s. It was the EXACT SAME kind of statement period.

Now go search out old threads about black male celebrities dating interracially and you will notice how these very same posters are NOWHERE to be found. And if you do find them there look at their comments. They will suddenly be supportive of interracial dating and they will put down black women everywhere. These very same male posters will turn around and laugh in black woman’s faces and put us (black women) down about it.  Its hypocrisy plain and simple. *shrugs*
