Janet Jackson, Son Eissa, Joined Ciara And Baby Future For Epic Play Date At Disneyland [Pics]
Janet Jackson is out here living her best, happiest, freest life these days (divorce can do that for some), so she’s in the mood to kick it with just about everybody right now. Can we get a spot in her schedule?
We told you earlier this week that the 51-year-old reunited with TV mom Ja’net DuBois at an after-party for her State of the World Tour. Just a day later, the new mom decided to have a play date with singer Ciara at Disneyland.
Janet was snapped spending quality time with son Eissa and Ciara’s son Future (still no sign of daughter Sienna just yet) as they all cheesed it up for cameras and hung out together at the theme park:
Ciara also snapped a selfie with the icon, letting her know how much she loves her some Janet:
This likely meant a great deal to Ciara. The 31-year-old has always stated that Jackson is a major influence on her as a dancer and singer. She even took part in a tribute to the star with Jason Derulo and Tinashe at the BET Awards in 2015 to celebrate the star’s career. Ciara told Noisey soon after that epic showing that she didn’t get to speak to Jackson following the tribute because things were hectic backstage, but she heard Jackson was a fan of her performance. Two years later they’re going on play dates together.
“Y’know, I just have so much respect for her,” Ciara told Noisey about the woman she considers her idol. “She truly is, to me, the best to ever do it when it comes to entertainment.”
First comes play dates. But you never know, a musical collaboration could come next (can we get a dance-off after that?)…
