After busting a booty-bouncing move to celebrate the return of Grey’s Anatomy, we reminded you that 67-year-old Debbie Allen still has the moves. Whatever moves you can do, she can do better. That’s probably why even though Adrienne Bailon can salsa dance, she asked Allen to show her some moves.

While visiting The Real recently, Allen gave the hosts a lesson in salsa dancing, and when Loni Love couldn’t keep up, things turned into a comical twerk contest.
Because Allen has been dancing forever, a lot of these moves come naturally. But for the record, the legend actually teaches salsa classes in Beverly Hills, so trust me when I say she does this:
She told USA Today in 2014 that these classes started when she initially put a few together for friends. Now they’re an event (a free one) people flock to every week to improve their steps and dancing abilities for party purposes.
“I started a salsa class with 10 of my close friends, because we like to get together and we like to dance. And we sweat,” Allen said. “We go in there for a good hour and a half, and we’re building our little salsa group. Soon we’ll be hitting the clubs.”
As for the twerking though, that just comes natural to Black folks — am I right?!
