You can barely get me out of the house to do things when I’m on my period (if that was too much information, my bad), so how Teyana Taylor managed to put on quite the performance at the VH1 Hip Hop Honors: The 90’s Game Changers this past weekend with a broken foot, I’ll never be able to comprehend.

It’s unclear how the 26-year-old, who spent most of New York Fashion Week stomping up and down runways, hurt her foot, but for her, the show still had to go on.

After putting on a showstopping performance last year to honor Lil Kim, this time around she danced to “Around the Way Girl,” “Rump Shaker,” “Doin’ It” and “Poison.” Taylor did all of this while bouncing around on a stress fracture boot (and while sucking on a lollipop in a TLC-inspired baggy jumpsuit adorned in graffiti).

And while a broken foot would deter most people from busting a move, or in her case, literally jumping around on the broken foot as if it’s nothing, as Taylor told fans and followers on social media after the Hip Hop Honors show aired on Monday night, when there is a job to be done, she’s for sure going to do it (and do it well).

If you didn’t believe that she was the hardest-working woman in show business right now with modeling gigs, endorsements, music, feature film roles and a spot on the VH1 show The Breaks, it should be pretty clear by now.

Check out the talented beauty’s ode to the ’90s for yourself, but don’t try this at home before you end up somewhere on a peg leg.
