If fitness journeys weren’t difficult, they would have a different name. But in reality, they are mental and physical trips we take on our own to not only change our bodies, but the ways we see them and the food we put in them. But with all journeys, change doesn’t come overnight, and I think that’s what causes so many people to get frustrated. When you want quick results and you don’t see them, you think you’re wasting your time. However, my thought is that in the time we actually waste carrying on the same bad habits and watching our bodies and health fall apart, we could be using that same time to make positive changes.

With that being said, here are a few quotes to keep you going when the fitness journey gets tough — because it will.
