If you wear glasses but you also love to wear makeup, how often do you wear a full face of it with your frames on?
As someone who wears glasses more than 95 percent of the time but also has a new affinity for painting my face every now and then, it’s not very often that I wear them together. I’ll often pop in my contacts when I want to beat my face for a wedding, have date night with my husband or when I’m getting ready for church. I’ve often felt as though a full face of makeup goes to waste if it’s hiding behind a large pair of eyeglasses.
“Can they see the eyeshadow trio I worked on for 15 minutes?”
“You can barely see my cat eye!”
“Is my mascara rubbing onto my lenses again?!”
These are all thoughts I have when I try to do my makeup but need to keep my glasses on. However, plenty of women rock flawless faces while still wearing their frames, and they have given me the encouragement to try it more often.
