One of the many ways Henson stays fit is to push it in SoulCycle classes. She likes to switch it up to force her body to adjust.
“I try to train three to four days a week, at least,” she told Essence. “I do a cardio bar class mixed with SoulCycle, then I’ll mix it up and work with a trainer. Sometimes I’ll take a pole-dancing class just to switch it up and keep my body guessing.”
