Considering that she’s close friends with Kelly Rowland, it makes sense that LaLa Anthony would love her some SoulCycle too. As she told The New York Post, in between trying to rush son Kiyan off to basketball practice, she would try to fit in time on the weekends to either get a boxing workout in or spin all of her stress away at SoulCycle.
