For many stars, working out is just something that has to be done to keep them in good condition. A few sessions with a trainer here, a few dance rehearsals there. It’s not their favorite thing to do, but it’s necessary.

However, for other stars, going hard in the gym is something they thoroughly enjoy. Not only is fitness a necessity for them, but it is something they have fun with.

After battling with bulimia as a teen, Lovato is embracing her body in major ways these days.

“Focusing on food and exercise changed my life,” she told Glamour. “Someone said to me recently, ‘You wouldn’t put diesel in a Bentley.’ When you treat your body like a Bentley, you value yourself and you start to look at your body differently. I work out every day or six days a week—that’s what I need to stay ­stable up here.”

People who watch Love and Hip Hop know Ju Ju as Cam’ron’s girlfriend, but she’s also an entrepreneur, realtor and a “spokeswoman for a curvy and healthy lifestyle.” While I’m not crazy about folks wearing and selling waist trainers as well as detox teas, it’s clear that Ju Ju doesn’t need such things. She spends a lot of time working up a sweat on the treadmill, doing jump rope and focusing on extensive ab training.
