There’s no shortage of hair growth vitamins on the market, but Curls has put a new type of product on shelves that just might be the answer to your length woes.
The Blissful Lengths Liquid Hair Growth Vitamin is a liquid formulation that promises to strengthen, grow, and maintain healthy hair. And it doesn’t come in a pill form just to be different, there’s a scientific method to the approach. According to the Curls website, our body absorbs up to 98% of liquid vitamins into our bloodstream while we only get 20% absorption with a pill. Sounds like a reason to make the switch right?
Having tried the liquid vitamin, I can say that I do prefer taking a 1 tablespoon swig of this product much more than swallowing two rather large multi-vitamins every morning, and the taste, which is somewhat like blueberry cough syrup, is surprisingly tolerable. One drawback though is I tend to carry my vitamins and supplements with me in a pill case (like a little old lady) so I can take them at some point throughout the day when I remember, but because you have to keep the liquid vitamin refrigerated I sometimes forgot to take a serving before leaving for work in the morning. (But that’s a personal problem.)
Aside from the benefit of absorption, Curls’ vitamin addresses an issue many hair growth vitamin users have complained about: breakouts. Blissful Lengths boldly promises “NO Breakouts” on the product label and website, instead the formulation supports preventative skin health. I’ve only taken one type of hair growth pill from a brand I won’t name, and though I didn’t have a drastic breakout, I did notice little white bumps forming along my jawline. I attributed the acne to the pill, as I never have breakouts outside of my menstrual period, and immediately stopped taking them. The breakout cleared up within a day or two. I didn’t experience any breakouts with this vitamin, as promised. And for those concerned about caffeine, Blissful Lengths optimizes metabolism without the use of caffeine.
There are about 15 servings in each 8 0z bottle of Curls’ liquid hair growth so while I can’t say I’ve seen drastic hair growth during that time, I am happy with the effect of the pill on my body. Any hair growth will just be a plus to my overall health.
