We talk a lot about our favorite TV couples and even our favorite TV boyfriends but rarely do we shout out the other halves of these pairs — the girlfriends even we would want to be friends with. Of course sometimes you also have to take the good with the bad and we’ve seen more than our share of terrible girlfriends too. So here we put together a definitive list of the best and worst TV girlfriends in history.
Best: Gina Waters
Anybody who could tolerate Martin’s antics deserves a medal. Gina not only put up with Martin, she also knew when to put him in his place which, surprisingly, wasn’t as often as it should’ve been. Nevertheless, what we loved most about Gina was the way she could go toe-to-toe with Marty Mar and still have fun with him.
