Over the weekend, Beyoncé joined the ranks of 30-something year old celebrity black women. As they say, black don’t crack and here we share with you a gallery of those beautiful black women who prove the rule.  There is absolutely nothing wrong with being a woman with a little experience and wisdom behind her.

    I’ve gotta tell you that I’m closing in on 50 and I don’t plan on looking my age for a long time! Age is just a number and for the folks who believe differently; we can agree to disagree. I gave up a rocking chair when my babies grew up! Embrace yourself and live life ladies each age is a destination, explore and find your destiny!.

    umm Tika Sumpter is 28 not 34.

      nope sorry. Her birthday is June 20, 1977. Plus I remember seeing her in acting roles when I was a kid, and she seemed a little bit older than me (I'm 31). She is in fact 34. But the article is correct she does make being in my 30's look awesome.
