Living alone for the first time can be a very exciting step in a woman’s life. It means that you’re finally making enough at your job that you don’t need to split rent with roommates. It can also be a very important transition phase into eventually living with a romantic partner. If you go from living with roommates straight to living with a boyfriend or spouse, you never get to experience taking care of yourself and learning to enjoy coming home to an empty house.
