Are you one of those women who just give and give and give? Well it’s great to do for others but make sure you’re not playing yourself in the process. If you find that people tend to take your kindness for weakness, it’s about time you set some boundaries to keep from getting used and abused.

Our friends at Your Tango.com compiled a list of ways you can decide to stop putting up with crap.

Here are a few of the suggestions.

Don’t drop your life–what you are doing–or your plans for him.

Stop feeling awkward when you have to remind people that they owe you money. Let them feel awkward (and irresponsible) for not paying you back in a timely manner.

You can read the rest of the list over at Your Tango.com.
