  • Petri

Ladies with menstration problems… heavy bleeding, severe cramps…. Well, apple cider vinegar with water will change your life. 2 parts vinegar to three parts water. Wash down with water or juice. Drink a day before period… Works wonders seriously.

    • Annonymous

Hey Petri, can explain what you mean by parts. Is that a cup, a spoon, a drop. I wanna clarify cause I'm thinking about using this but I'm very cautious when it comes to vinegar. Thanks

An example would be to add 2 tablespoons vinegar to 3 tablespoons water or 2 cups vinegar to 3 cups water. Its a general measurement term used to maintain the concentration of a solution, so you could use any type of measurement once you stick to the ratio.

I never thought about trying the apple cider vinegar for cramping. It is an amazing remedy for so many things, I guess I need to add that to my list!

    • GNS

Apple cider vinegar works WONDERS! It not only helps with cramping, but it also eliminates the bloating aspect with being on your cycle. It has other health benefits such as lowering cholesterol, eliminating skin allergies, aiding a soar throat, arthritis, lowering blood pressure along with washing toxins from your body. I drink my water/apple cider concoction EVERYDAY…. the taste at first is sour but you get used to it (especially if you know it's doing some good to your body.) I swear by it….

  • ladyscholar

I admit that I’m most intrigued by the coffee grounds and plastic wrap…. I hope it works!

    • skyslady

Yes I am too, Im going to give it a try…I wonder though, how often should this be done and how long before there are any noticable results. Good luck to us both.
