Chicago Aldermen Want to Lock Out Teen Texting

(AP) — Some Chicago aldermen want to make it harder for teens who are tempted to text while driving.  It’s already illegal to text and drive, but city aldermen want to do more. They want new cell phones purchased in Chicago after Jan. 1, 2012 to include a feature that lets parents disable texting if the device is in a car going more than 5 mph.
