Happy 19th Birthday: Celebrities Support Trayvon Martin’s Family

Today would have been the 19th birthday of Trayvon Martin. Celebrities amplified the cry for justice throughout the case by wearing hoodies or adorning Trayvon Martin’s face on their T-shirts through fortrayvon.org. Standing in solidarity with Trayvon Martin’s family wasn’t only in Hollywood, communities from New York to San Francisco protested. In the spirit of the Harry Belafonte epoch, Mommynoire highlighted some of the stars who used their celebrity to ignite change. Take a look:
