New York Senator Proposes Avonte’s Law

Vanessa Fontaine lost her youngest son, but New York senator Chuck Schumer wants to make sure he isn’t forgotten. He proposed Avonte’s Law, a program that would allow parents of children with autism to use opt for GPS tracking on their children. A similar program has been successful for elderly people with Alzheimer’s.
