Libros Para Los Niños: Spanish Books For Kids

September 16, 2014  |

Estoy leyendo, mamá! I may not be a native Spanish speaker but can definitely attest to the importance of both reading and teaching our children a second language. Though my parents only know English and more English, I can still remember story time where my mom or dad would carve some time out of the day to read me books. Eventually, I would return the favor by reading to them which I can only imagine is a real treat for any parent.

Now that  I am expecting my first child, I can only think about the memories I will create with him. With my husband being Panamanian, you better believe we are going to have books in both English and Spanish for our little one. Language is very important to us and the early we can expose our little man to a foreign language the better.

If you are a Spanish speaker looking for some books for your children to read, here are some you should consider. Hopefully you can find something for your little ones and growing kids.
