As immature as it may sound at 35 plus, after spending over a decade working in the entertainment industry around flocks of models and video vixens, it became quite easy to adopt to the mentality that the pursuit of money was more important than….uhmmm…women. Yeah, let’s stick with that term for publishing’s sake.

But what happens when your pursuit of money and power gets ripped and torn from under you, because of a woman? Did I mention that we had a baby in the mix?

Do you sacrifice the industry grind for quality time?

For me, I got so used to 15 hour work days with perks (wink), plus after events that I damn near lost it trying to settle down. How do you turn your sleek black two door Lexis coupe that was the envy of the town in for a bubble looking minivan?

No matter what you choose, just know that juggling family, your career and your personal life can have you feeling like you are in a circus.

So what do you do? What sacrifice is too big? How do you make it all happen?

If you are like most men you probably want it all, but balancing your paper chase with quality time can be the greatest struggle of them all.

Fellas, if you want the powerful career and a fairly normal relationship, here are a few tips on how to make it all come together.
