By now we’ve all heard Jennifer’s song… the girl is winning. After losing her mother and brother and giving birth to her son, Jennifer decided it was time to get rid of some of the excess baggage. She teamed up with Weight Watchers and things have been looking up ever since. Now it’s nothing to see Jennifer shutting down the red carpet in a figure hugging dress or gown.

    Sistas, it's time to get healthy and drop that excess weight. Alot of us are using food as a salve for something much deeper. I used to be a size 18, now i'm a size 10 and i still have all of my curves!

    It's not about looking good, but striving to be healthy.
