Apparently, Karrueche Tran wasn’t the only one who was left heartbroken when Chris Brown allegedly stepped out with her friend Nia Guzman-Amey. According to our sister site Bossip, the video vixen’s ex-husband, Terry Amey, 47, was also left feeling some type of way. You see, Terry, who Nia shares a 13-year-old daughter with, claims that she was still married to him when she and Chris conceived their 9-month-old daughter, Royalty. He also claims that they were still husband and wife when she gave birth to the now infant.
Terry is now calling out Chris, asking him to man up. He says that the singer needs to sit down with him and hash things out for the sake of his teen daughter and Chris’ 9-month-old.
“We’ve got to push forward so that my little girl and his little girl can grow,” said Terry, “I don’t know Chris Brown, but in the upcoming days, I need to talk to him. We’re sharing something that’s important. Our two little girls.”
Nia and Terry married back in 2003 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was 20 years old at the time. Strangely, Terry claims that he wasn’t made aware of Nia’s affair with Chris until this week, but he did know that she got pregnant outside of their marriage, which is why he divorced her.
“I filed for divorce because Nia was pregnant, but I never did ask who the father was,” Terry explained.
“I am the missing link,” he said, “because of the simple fact that I was married to her when she got pregnant.”
The divorce between Terry and Nia was finalized five months ago. Currently, she’s living in Houston, Texas with their daughter and little Royalty. He says he last spoke to his ex-wife a few days ago, but did not mention the reports surrounding her relationship with Chris.
“If you speak to someone out of anger, you’ll say the wrong thing,” he explained. “There shouldn’t be a fight when children are involved.”
As for the guy who took to Instagram claiming that he was tricked into believing that he was Royalty’s father, Terry is calling BS.
“He doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He needs attention, he’s an upcoming rapper. I’m not an upcoming anything. I know my family.”
Oh yeah, he’s also defending Nia against claims that she damaged Chris’ relationship with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran.
“Nia’s not like that,” he claimed. “She’s a wonderful mother, and what she does in her spare time, that’s her spare time.”
Yikes!
