Use “um” and “like” too much
Immaturity doesn’t always reflect age as older folks are guilty of this too. Be careful how many place holders (e.g. “ah,” “like”) you toss around during business discussions. If necessary pick up a thesaurus to find new ways to say what you mean. The last thing you want is to have people tune you out because of what you’re saying.
