2. Take a breath before responding

A moment of solitude helps in every work situation. But if you’re forced to communicate with negative individuals, then practice taking a breath before responding and confidently make your point. You will find that it helps to suppress any inappropriate emotions you may have so that you don’t speak out of anger or frustration.

About half of it was fairly worthwhile information, but why did I have to go through 10 pages to read it? Frustrating, and not really worth the effort, with your slow pages loading.

Oh Lord, now folks claiming they are being bullied at work. Sorry this is some white folks mess.

Advice and i don't even have to read the list. If it gets on your nerves, tell them to grow up and quit acting like this is high school. Then act like they don't exists. What's the big hoopla?

But just remember, everyone doesn't have to like and everyone won't like you. Fact of life. Beside people out in PUBLIC don't matter anyway.

You should try a more professional attitude. This isn't "white folks mess". Acting like they don't exist IS HIGH SCHOOL. I'll bet you've been through a lot of jobs, and none of them in the professional arena.
