Ladies, I know there is a lot of internal and external pressure to be married and have kids, all before your 30th birthday. But that’s not everybody’s story. And frankly, there is plenty of life and love after 30 years old. If you don’t believe me, you need look no further than Shirley Strawberry.
Strawberry, the relationship expert and co-host on Steve Harvey’s popular morning show is well past 30, and married Ernesto Williams, 50, on Friday.
The couple got engaged last summer when Ernesto proposed to Shirley live on the radio.
In case you couldn’t really tell from the video, Ernesto is a very nice looking man. He and Shirley just so happened to get married on his birthday, January 10; and before they tied the knot, Shirley posted this picture in tribute to him, where we can fully see what he’s got going on.
Williams is an entrepreneur, whose businesses have been featured in The New York Times and other publications. Williams has been a barber for over 20 years and has managed to create some pretty lucrative business platforms as a result, including “The 24 Hour Barber Shop.”
Shirley did very well for herself.
