“On The Hotline” by Pretty Ricky
Static Major worked with Pretty Ricky on more than one occasion (including on the song “Juicy”), but he definitely helped them secure quite the hit with “On The Hotline.” The song, about phone sex, was the first single from the group’s second album, Late Night Special. It peaked at #12 on the Billboard Hot 100, and #6 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. Static co-wrote and produced the song.
