This economy has been rough on a lot of people and the rich and famous are not excluded. Nas was having some trouble keeping up his child support payments to his ex-wife Kelis. The Queensbridge rapper fell behind and a judge ordered him to cough up more than $47,000 in back child support. But a month later, Nas was back in court arguing that he couldn’t keep up with the payments because the bad economy had affected him, too. The judge bought it and his payments were reduced to $5,000 a month.
