So according to TMZ, there’s a sex tape being shopped around. The footage depicts a man and woman believed to be “Basketball Wives LA” star Draya Michele and her ex-boyfriend David Miranda. And apparently, David doesn’t want their intimate moments to be made public. As a result, he’s suing Draya over the alleged tapes.
In his small claims court suit, David is suing for the loss of “private documents.” He tells TMZ that the private documents he’s requesting are actually the homemade videos, which were created for his and Draya’s eyes only. According to reports, he’s extremely upset that someone has been shopping the tape around and believes that Draya is to blame for allowing the alleged footage to wind up in the wrong person’s hands.
This is the first we’re hearing about an alleged sex tape featuring Draya, but our guess is it won’t be the last if said tape actually exists. Draya’s reps have declined to comment on the lawsuit.
