And if you ever need a little song to help you in the morning, the Lowe Sisters have provided that soundtrack. It’s set to an old gospel hymn, I think to the tune of “Look Where He Brought Me From.” (But I could be wrong. I’ve listened to this song so many times, I’ve forgotten the original. If someone can correct me, let me know.) You can tell from the first note that these sisters grew up in the church because they sang this song, complete with a shouting break at the end. Once you catch the groove, you’ll forget that they’re singing about something as trivial as panties.
Though the sisters recorded this song over a year ago, it’s gained new traction because it’s been played on quite a few morning shows. If you’re a fan of the Rickey Smiley show, you may be familiar but for those of you who’ve missed it, thank me later.
