Denim Defined: Choosing the Right Cut and Color

Jeans are an essential part of most women’s wardrobes due to their versatility and ability to be dressed up or down. But finding a pair of jeans that provide the perfect fit can be a difficult strategic task.  I’ve witnessed enough muffin top and butt cleavage to know that all jeans are not created equally.  The bad news:  Women’s bodies come in a variety of sizes and shapes filling the travel to the ideal blue jeans with trial and error.  The good news:  Denim comes in a variety of shapes and sizes as well, guaranteeing that with some effort and time you will inevitably find the cut and color created for you.  The following tips will help you get started on your journey to the perfect pair of jeans.

    Great article. I am one those girls that has really hard time finding jeans (blessed back there). Once I find a brand that works i stick with it and always look out for the new styles. LOVE joe jeans!!!

    I didn't know there was so much to a pair of jeans. I just find my size and buy them. Maybe that's why my baby's father left me. He saw my wardrobe!

    That's exactly why I don't wear skinny jeans. I tried them once, and not only were they a b*tch to get on, they made me look shorter (I'm 5'3).
