Yandy Explains What’s Going On With Mendeecees’ Trial, Checking His IG Messages, And Baby Mama Drama

Yandy had a tough last season on “Love & Hip-Hop New York” as we watched the business woman struggle as a single mother after Mendeecees was locked up on criminal drug charges. A few months ago she posted a very hefty bond to get her fiance out of jail, but when the reality star and entrepreneur came by our office she explained that the two aren’t quite out of the woods yet. Mendeecees still has to make another court appearance to deal with his charges, but, surprisingly, that’s not going to stop either of them from appearing on the next season of LHHNY and Yandy says she’s even going to produce a few episodes…

Check out what else the engaged mother had to say about checking Mendeecees’ Instagram messages, the drama with his third baby mama, and why these two haven’t made it down the aisle yet. What do you think?

I never broke up with my Husband and if so would never take him back after I found out he is having a baby with some chick, thats what Duane Wade did. Not Me!

I guess I’m the only one who wanted to fix that cow lick huh? Those few rouge strands on the weave weft that wanna do its own thing.

That’s all I got. Let a bird be a bird.

I like Yandy, and I wish her and her family well, but I’m never sure if she really believes Mendecees when she says his hands are clean or that’s just something she wants to believe. Whenever she discusses his case it seems as though she truly believes that he’s done nothing wrong & cannot for the life of her understand why he was being held in jail all that time. Anyway, I hope she stays winning & ends up making the best decision that there is for her.

I like and respect yandy, but being someone’s baby mama is a stigma that no success can erase. See you next season of lhhny.

Yandy could do so much better. She always had her own stuff, a good head on her shoulders and wasn’t toooo messy on L&HH but yet she still chooses to be with someone clearly beneath her. Hopefully her fiance does stay out of trouble and takes care of his responsibilities.

    Better talk to Phaedra….

    Messy.

I really like Yandy, but I will never understand why women will be okay being baby mama number 3,4,5…

I know right! It’s like they look at that trifling mess as a badge of honor or something when it’s actually gross. I am not a baby mama and never will be. We can have all the fun in the world but if you are not my husband there is no way in the world I am having a child with you. Some folks may find that very old fashioned but it’s what I believe.

      • Lee Lee

        exactly!!

      • yoda

That is not old fashioned, it’s common sense! It’s one thing when a man has one child with one woman but when you get to baby mama 3 and baby 3,4,26, somebody needs to wake the heck up and take accountability for that mess.

        • Yvette

I appreciate that. I’ve always felt in the minority in my thinking on this subject because so many women seem to have no problem having a baby or babies with a man who already has multiple kids with multiple women which only causes unnecessary drama. I hate the term “baby mama and baby daddy” but it fits the situation.

          • yoda

I’m only 22 so I’ve yet to have children. I’ve seen baby mama/daddy drama from teens to people old enough to be my parents. Some people must have a generational curse to keep repeating such behavior. Besides, I barely want to get outta bed in the morning, imagine tryna stay in bed while a newborn is wailing at the top of their lungs. Lol.

It’s not old fashioned, I am the same way. Been married to the same person for 20 years!

          I hear ya. Me too!

No thanks
