I’m in the process of moving right now and I’ve learned a lot about landlords. The point about them not caring about issues between tenants is soooo true. My neighbors constantly parked in my designated spot. After I talked to the neighbors directly, the guests they had parking in my spot, writing notes and so on, I finally asked the landlord for help and they had the nerve to tell me to make a sign, ummmm, what?! It came down to me literally hitting the same vehicle twice in one day for them to stop parking in my spot. It was extreme but it worked. It also made me realize that my landlord didn’t give a damn as long as the rent is paid. These folks barely cut the grass or did snow removal. Leaking fridge, kitchen sink and toilet. Ugh! It’s all too much. When I began to apply for new places to live my landlord terminated my lease and gave me 30 days to leave but the joke is on them because I’ll be out by tomorrow. Bloop!
