Which Former Destiny’s Child Member Spent Her Weekend Behind Bars?
Something about the weekend makes these celebs cut the fool.
Turns out Omarion wasn’t the only one beefing with the law this weekend. TMZ is reporting former Destiny’s Child member, Farrah Franklin was arrested early Saturday morning in South Carolina for disorderly conduct. Sources say alcohol was definitely involved.
She was released on Sunday afternoon without bond.
This isn’t Farrah’s first go-round with law enforcement. In 2011 she was arrested in L.A. for disorderly conduct yet again and claimed she was the victim of racial profiling.
Franklin joined Destiny’s Child with Michelle Williams shortly after members LeToya Luckett and Latavia Roberson left the group. After five months of being in the group, she learned she was fired from an MTV News report. Franklin was said to have missed three performances and expressed no interest in continuing with the group.
Since then Franklin has worked on some solo music projects and has also modeled in the past. She owns a company called One Love Pictures and Entertainment.
We hope Franklin seeks treatment if she does have problems with alcohol.
