Be understanding
Having opposite schedules is never easy, and it requires a lot of understanding on everyone’s part. Know that your partner may need to work over time and understand that for some jobs, schedules can change on a whim. The good thing is that there will always come a time when you two will spend time together, so a shift change here and there shouldn’t ruin the relationship.
