Tami Roman was brought in at the start of the second season of VH1’s “Basketball Wives” to shake things up and that she did. Her outspoken personality initially rubbed the other castmates the wrong way. Settling into her role as a reality show star again, Roman decided she needed a little help losing weight and signed up for some liposuction. The procedure and recovery were filmed as part of the show. This isn’t the first time Roman sought help to lose weight while starring on reality television. She had her jaw wired shut during her appearance on MTV’s “Real World.”
