Kellie Pickler became a fan favorite during season five on the singing competition show “American Idol.” Her down home southern roots and girl-next-door charm helped her stay in the limelight after she left the show. When she returned as a guest performer on the show, host Ryan Seacrest couldn’t help but comment on her newly acquired breast implants. Judge Simon Cowell couldn’t resist as well, saying, “It’s like she’d gone to Dolly Parton school or something. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life.”
