Puff, puff, sleep? There is a new bed and breakfast coming to Denver for marijuana lovers. MaryJane Group, Inc. (yes, Mary Jane!) has inked a one-year lease with the owners of the Adagio Bed and Breakfast to turn the establishment into–get this!–the “Bud N’ Breakfast.”

Guests will get “unlimited food, drink and, of course, the best marijuana and marijuana edibles Colorado has to offer,” say the owners. There will also be an “on-site chef available to prepare gourmet foods cooked to order” and they will “provide unlimited luxury transportation within the Denver city limits with 24-hour security,” reports Jezebel.

The owners have not said when they will open up, but judging from the increase in weed sales, they probably will be booked solid.

According to Marijuana Business Daily, the U.S. Department of Labor  says by 2018 the retail marijuana industry could reach an estimated $8.2 billion in sales.

“This total is conservative –- the reality of retail sales could be larger,” Chris Walsh, editor of CannaBusiness Media, publisher of Factbook and Marijuana Business Daily, said in a statement. “Nor does it include wholesale cannabis sales, or the billions of dollars in ancillary cannabusiness revenues such as growing equipment, real estate, legal fees, testing labs, paraphernalia, etc.”

Right now, there are 20 states with legal medical marijuana and approximately a dozen other states that are expected to legalize marijuana in some form in the coming years, reports PRNewser.

So there’s definitely a market for this. Could a full-blown marijuana resort be far behind?
