Charlie Sheen certainly has more than enough money to take care of every child he has but he still seems to have trouble paying up. As part of his divorce settlement from third wife Brooke Mueller, the “Anger Management” star was ordered to pay $55,000 a month in support for their twin boys. Even though he was the highest paid actor on television at the time, Sheen was still missing payments. Two years later, a judge ordered Warner Bros. Television to garnish his wages from “Two and a Half Men.”
