What was your first job out of college?
Russell: I worked at Enterprise Rent-a-Car

What lesson or skill did you learn at that job that still impacts how you work today?
Russell: I learned that patience is key to abundant success. I took the necessary time to understand what drives me to get up early in the morning and stay up late at night and how to turn a NO into a YES. By investing my time and energy in this company, it drove me to realize my power to create my own legacy in business. Now, I work to inspire others to fail forward. Turn your mistakes into stepping stones of massive success.
