If you’ve never watched Black Ink Crew, it’s a crazy reality show on VH1 about a black-owned tattoo parlor in HarlemWe told you early this year that former Black Ink Crew star, Alex Estevez (and the former receptionist at the shop), filed a lawsuit against producers of the show, saying that someone connected to the production team drugged her during a party at the shop. She says she eventually blacked out and had no idea what happened the night of filming for the episode of “Mixxxy Madness” from the first season in 2012, but if you saw the episode, a seemingly inebriated and disheveled Alex is seen hitting on quite a few people in the tattoo shop, including the owner, Caesar. She says that she was edited to look promiscuous on the episode when she really had not knowledge of what went on. Another woman present at the party is part of her lawsuit and also claims that she was drugged too. Viacom responded to Estevez’s claims by saying that she was coming to “bald legal conclusions” and coming up with  “vague allegations of wrongdoing” though she had no evidence. They denied any wrongdoing and want the case dismissed.

But now, according to Radar Online, she is naming names in her suit. Estevez says that the person who drugged her is cast member Richard Duncan, known to viewers as “Oh S**t,” the talented tattoo artist who just can’t seem to stay out of legal trouble and who seemed enamored with Estevez in the first season. Here’s what she had to say according to the legal docs:

Not long after my arrival at the party Mr. Duncan approached me and Ericka Santana while we were in one of the front rooms of the tattoo parlor.

He offered, and we allowed him to pour what we thought was Red Bull energy drink into the cups that we were each holding containing alcohol.

Mr. Duncan entered the room with the can of Red Bull already in his possession. I did not have more than two drinks up to that point….Shortly after drinking from the cup Mr. Duncan poured into, I blanked out. My recollection of that night is based upon what people have told me, and obviously the video that was later aired.

I never consented to be drugged as I apparently was. No one believed me and subsequent episodes of the show depicted me as a liar. Thankfully, I wasn’t the only one who had the experience.

She is asking that Viacom’s request for her claim to be thrown out be dismissed  so that her entire story can be heard and justice can be served. Estevez is asking for $3 million, a bump up of from her original request for $1 million.

When speaking on the lawsuit on Instagram in the past, she had this to say:

“Welcome to the living hell I been living in for the past year. The girls that were roofied will never ever be the same! I wasn’t the only one and I will continue to fight for justice! It’s sad how cast members act oblivious all for what 2 to 4 G’s that’s how much my life & all the good I did is worth to you? There’s a special place in hell for you all who don’t speak up. Just know if it happen on set to me it can happen to you too! Please help me bring Awareness to this situation & let these abusers know we are not staying quite! Thank you.”
