Want to learn more about growing long African-American hair? Check out our tip of the day, after the jump!

Today’s tip for growing long African-American hair is: vitamins! We can’t emphasize enough how the right vitamins can promote long African-American hair growth. Vitamins are easy to purchase at the same stores that sell African-American hair care products, and most professionals who deal with African-American hair and know what it takes to grow African-American hair to its fullest lengths can guide you to the right African-American hair-growth vitamins.

Our two favorites are Vitamin A & E, and you can get both as African-American hair supplements in the hair vitamin section, or in vitamin stores. Vitamin A can be found in foods such as carrots, and Vitamin E can be found in many African-American hair products, but can–and should be ingested through nuts and oils. Taking these vitamins as often as possible will result in long African-American hair growth.
