Sometimes we live life as an accumulation of “things” and make checklists for ourselves. And if we don’t accumulate these things, we then feel incomplete, as if we’ve failed at something in life. Or worse- even after we’ve achieved our goals, we still feel unfulfilled and wake up one day to ask ourselves, “Is this all there is?”
Here’s my belief- living your best life is living a life focused on a journey of relationships and not a destination of materialism. Life is not about the accumulation of “things,” it is about people and building connections. And when you live life with such beliefs, there is no failure or disappointment in the end. There’s only fulfillment. No matter your age- whether you’re in your 20s, 30s, or 40s and beyond- consider these mantras to help you live your best life.
