Yup, you read that right. Before season 7 of “The Game” has even had a chance to get its feet off the ground, Wendy Raquel Robinson is already talking about an eighth season of BET’s hit show. We caught up with the hilarious woman behind the character Tasha Mack on the red carpet at the 5th Annual African American Film Critics Association Awards and she spilled this tea to us on season 7 Of “The Game” and a possible season 8:

“Y’all not ready. Tasha finally gets the consequences of her actions. Marriages are destroyed or questioned and it’s going to be the launching pad for season 8.”

Insert confused look of surprise on MN’s face, to which Wendy replied:

“I said it. It is. There are a lot of cliffhangers and it’s good. It’s quick. it’s fast. I wasn’t ready.”

Well, there you have it. Check out the video up top to see what else Tasha had to say about season 7 of “The Game.” Are you looking forward to its return March 4?

    Another season? But, for why?

I asked that after the 1st season. Such a terrible terrible show.

I was at odds with “The Game” due to characters changes Blue and Kierra. And losing Derwin and Melanie, and Kelly. I miss those characters but I also liked the direction of the new shows dealing with Tasha’s inability to commit to a man. The Daddy issues that all fatherless women have. I love the chemistry between Jason and Chardonnay. I believe Malik needs to find a partner and I would like Tasha to finally find a real relationship. I love the fact Kelly is returning for this season. There are many more stories left with The Game. I am forever watching. And the promos for the new show are INCREDIBLE!!!

It’s definitely not the same show from when it first started, but I actually have liked the direction it’s going in since adding Blue and Keira. I just hate that there’s no audience or laugh tracks, so a lot of the jokes fly over folks head, but all in all, I can’t wait to see the plot twist with Kelly coming back! Jason better not do my girl Chardonnay wrong, I know that!

This show she retire. It’s just a shell of it’s former self. I had to stop watching this. It was so enjoyable on the CW but now, it’s unbearable
