She’s a 2012 Olympic silver medalist, has a die body to die for, and juggles her career with twin boys — who wouldn’t want to take notes from Lashinda Demus? The Olympian track star has launched a new site, Go Woman Go, to boost all aspects of your lifestyle.

“The website will be a place where Demus can share the lessons she has learned as an athlete, a daughter, a wife, a mother and a fellow woman on the journey through life,” according to a press statement.

Using her own experiences as a blueprint, Demus offers sound advice for your career, health, parenting, and inner-self. In one piece, for instance, Demus assures women that motherhood and your career can, despite popular belief, go hand-in-hand: “I’ve recently come to the realization that my life doesn’t have to be segmented – I don’t have to choose between Lashinda the Track Star and Lashinda the Mommy,” she said.

Every week, Go Mommy Go will feature new content while Demus interacts with readers on the site and through her social media outlets.

“Demus’ desire is for her site to be a destination for women who are ambitious go-getters and high achievers with a lot on their plate who may struggle with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, loneliness, guilt and insecurities,” a press release concludes.
